GETTING HERE

Camp Kekoka is located right off the Chesapeake Bay on Indian Creek in Kilmarnock, Virginia. It's an easy drive from the major cities and an easy boat ride from the middle Bay.

BY LAND

FROM RICHMOND (90 minutes)

64 West to Rt. 33 East toward West Point. Follow Rt. 33/17 for approximately 28 miles, driving past Glenns, Saluda, and Locust Hill (follow signs for Kilmarnock). Turn left on Rt. 3/Greys Point Road. Drive 11 miles towards Kilmarnock and turn right onto Boys Camp Road. Drive straight one mile and through the camp entrance.

FROM WILLIAMSBURG (70 minutes)

64 West toward Richmond. Exit to Rt. 30N (exit 227) toward Barhamsville/West Point. Turn right on Rt. 33. Drive approximately 26 miles, driving past Glenns, Saluda, and Locust Hill (follow signs for Kilmarnock). Turn left on Rt. 3/Greys Point Road. Drive 11 miles towards Kilmarnock and turn right onto Boys Camp Road. Drive straight one mile and through the camp entrance.

FROM NORTHERN VIRGINIA/WASHINGTON, DC (3 hours)

95 South to US-1/Rt. 17. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Rt. 1. Drive one mile and turn left onto Rt. 17. Drive approximately 47 miles towards Tappahannock. Turn left onto Rt. 360 and drive approximately 8 miles towards Warsaw. After the 7-11, turn right onto Rt. 3 towards Kilmarnock. Drive 31 miles and turn left onto Boys Camp Road. Drive straight one mile and through the camp entrance.

BY SEA

Just north of Windmill Point Light locate RN 2 at GPS coordinates N37.41.028 / W76.14.170, proceed to OW B at N37.40.535 / W76.16.486, then to R 2 at N37.40.283 / W76.18.372 then to R 4 at N37.40.625 / W76.18.970. Follow the remaining daymarkers straight up the creek. 

In layman's terms, enter Indian Creek from Fleets Bay and follow the daymarkers straight up the creek. Listen for the loud music blaring from the waterfront stage on your port side about a mile up.
